Fulfillment Policy

1. Delivery Policy (Service Delivery)

  • After onboarding, activation is completed within 1 business day, with immediate commencement of infrastructure setup (e.g., email, LinkedIn).
  • A shared Slack channel will be established within 1 business day post-onboarding for direct communication.
  • Campaigns begin a minimum of 14 calendar days post-onboarding due to infrastructure warmup.
  • Service delivery includes the setup and maintenance of email/LinkedIn infrastructure, managed outreach, prospect list building, lead qualification/scoring, and real-time lead handoff.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of the current monthly retainer.

3. Return Policy

  • We do not offer physical products. Any third-party software purchased follows each provider’s return policy, as we do not directly process these returns.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations take effect immediately, with prorated refunds processed for unused service.
  • Please request a cancellation via email or the shared Slack channel.

5. Customer Support

  • For support, contact us via the shared Slack channel or at support@wfco.co. We respond to inquiries within 1 business day.
